We have been preparing vegetarian and vegan meals at home since 2019. We still enjoy the food (with meat) that we love with some easy tweaks.
Sharing a 2-week meatless menu we have. By meatless, we mean no meat – no chicken, no beef, no fish. Some of the recipes include vegetarian or vegan meat alternatives.
You can easily search these recipes online. Just remove the meat or replace it with vegie meat to get achieve the texture. Some of these are cooked oil-free with our air fryer. I will try to share some recipes in the next posts.
