Cebu Pacific Air, the country’s leading airline, will launch its newest destination – KidZania Manila. It is a place where kids rule! KidZania, the global leader in children’s educational entertainment announced that Cebu is their official airline partner of their first Philippine facility.
Kidzania is not the usual theme park. KidZania is an interactive kids’ play city combining fun, and learning through role play for children aged 3-14 years. Inside, children can role-play over 100 exciting careers – from being pilots and doctors, engineers and bank tellers, to actors and artists.
Kidzania Manila, like in 16 cities all over the world will also have an aviation academy, bank, fire station, hospital, television station, and a variety of other establishments.
I think I’m more excited for our then 4-year old son who loves all kinds of vehicles including airplanes. He now knows what’s an air traffic controller, a marshaller or a windsock. He’s looking forward to see and learn new things every time we travel. I’m sure, he will love to be inside the cockpit pretending to be a pilot maneuvering the aircraft – taking off and landing using state-of-the-art flight simulators.
KidZania Manila is operated by Play Innovations, Inc. It aims to combine inspiration, fun and learning through role-play for children, empowering them to explore myriad roles, so they can discover their talents and help create a better world. The entrance fee rates would be around the same range with that of The Mind Museum and/or Manila Ocean Park.
KidZania Manila is set to open at the Bonifacio Global City in early 2015. The KidZania Manila is located at the Park Triangle 3245 North 11th Avenue Bonifacio Global City Taguig.
