We love listenning to music at home. Spotify makes it easy as there’s no need to dig into the archives to listen to a collection. All I need is the smart phone or the ipad to play music.

Spotify has a wide range collection of songs under different genres and moods. It also has  different play list for children that you can choose from like nursery rhymes,  bedtime songs, soundtracks, stories and songs, sing-alongs, birthday and Christmas songs, road trip songs, classical music and even songs to use for children ‘s workout.

Our current favorite now are the nursery rhymes and the sing-alongs.

Spotify is a free app. It is a digital music service that gives you access to millions of songs. You can search and listen to songs as long as you are online. Offline music is available when you avail of the paid subscription. The Spotify app is compatible with iPod, iPod Touch, iPhone, Android, and other mobile platforms.

In using Spotify, users have to log in with a username and password. Once on, however, kids can access just about any song with the danger of being exposed to iffy contents. With this, parents should make sure they are the ones filtering the playlist, not the children themselves. The kids should just be listening and enjoying the music instead of browsing the different albums available.
