To live healthy, we should stay active. In reality, living an active lifestyle is easier than what most people believe, especially if you make activity part of your daily routine. This may sound far-fetched for those used to being inactive and for those who think they are way too busy. But the good news is, it is never to late to incorporate even simple exercises to workout our bodies. It gets even more fun to be active with friends and family to keep you motivated.
For starters, walking is the easiest way. If you are ready, or you want to motivate family members to start moving, come join the Steps Project Active Lifestyle Fair, headed by The Steps Project ambassador, Rovilson Fernandez on May 18, 2014.
Take one step at a time to make a round or more on the UP Academic Oval. For sure you will have fun, without knowing it. For every round either by walking, jogging or running, the participant will received a colored band that can be exchanged for treats and prizes at the fair’s activity area. More rounds, mean more bands, more freebies and surprises.
