When a friend invited me attend a this i-Yoga session, I got excited. It’s something new and unique and I want to check it out. But what is i-Yoga and what’s the difference with the different yoga practices we know?
i-Yoga* is a personalized program that considers the student’s blood type, age, birthday, work, health condition and goal in the formulation of the program of diet and poses applicable for one month that is geared to fix, curb any health or fitness problem and realize health or fitness goal.
i-Yoga* Exercise Program combines martial arts breath work with yoga poses and relaxation techniques that helps the body heal, recover, and achieve optimum fitness and vitality in a few sessions. It is science-based, beginner-friendly and instructor-guided; very low-impact but high-intensity so students experience great relief and success in a few sessions regardless of their age, fitness-level, health-problem, or body-size.

The i-Yoga* – the Integrated Yoga Wellness Program Instructor Ayee Domingo. She took up Yoga Meditation and went to India in 1998 to learn the benefits of vegetarianism, positive thinking and stress-free living to one’s well-being. In 2002 she learned Sivananda and Ashtanga Yoga and a year after began teaching in international spas and gyms at Mandala Spa &Villas in Boracay and Slimmers World International all over Metro Manila promoting health and fitness.
i-Yoga* integrates ancient and scientific health techniques and disciplines that support vitality, immunity, the brain, nervous system and the body, securing wellness now and in the long-term. I’m definitely trying this out. The good news is, this invite is open to those who wanted to come with me and try the session out. The free i-Yoga session will be on Saturday, June 7, 630pm at at The Rockwell Club – Studio One. This is open to ages 7-70 years.
