Breast cancer remains one of the top causes of death among Filipinas. According to research, 1 out of 13 Filipinas will develop breast cancer in her lifetime.

Avon Philippines believes that no woman should be left in the dark about breast cancer. This year, we look forward to the campaign Avon Pink Light Project.

As a strong supporter of the cause, Avon teams up with Color Manila for the Avon Pink Light Night Run and Walk for Breast Cancer 2019. This event aims raise awareness on the disease, and the breast self-exam as the surest means for early detection.

The event is happening on October 19 at Filinvest City Event Grounds. This is a night run with the participants going through the course while getting bright pink powder along the route.

Everybody who joins the Avon Pink Light Run 2019 will be donating to the Philippine Cancer Society, Avon’s long-term partner in the fight against breast cancer.
