Berde serves fast, delicious and best of all healthy meals. We’re talking organic and farm to table – fresh ingredients! It has a fun, new and healthy take on our favorite Filipino dishes.
You can choose a pre-set Berde Bowl or create your own. The bowl includes the base, the protein, vegetables, pickle, topping and sauce
Protein – mushroom monggo or pork or chicken or beef or fish. Must try: Chicken and beef!
Vegetables – corn, kamote, gising-gising, ensaladang talong, pumpkin mash, or calamansi singkamas slaw. Must try: pumpkin mash and roasted kamote
Pickle – calamansi red onion, ginger and green papaya atchara, red beet, raddish and carrot, or cucumber and dill
Toppings – Peanuts, cashew, fresh pomelo, crispy garlic or crispy shallots
Sauce – Red sauce or Green sauce
Base – greens or white/red rice or a combination of both

I usually go with the create your own bowl, with chicken and beef. Since I’m now on a vegetarian diet, I’m loving their mushroom monggo!
BERDE is located at Ayala Triangle Gardens. It is open from 11am to 10pm on Mondays to Saturdays, and 9am to 10pm on Sunday.
