It was my husband Jinoe that saw this bag in a mall and he instantly thought that this is a bag for me.

Unlike most ladies, I do not buy or keep lots of bags and shoes. Well, ok, except for walking and running shoes . I only get what I can use most of the time. For a bag, it should fit some useful mommy must haves (wet wipes, an umbrella, extra change of clothes, etc), some homeschool things and my own personal things.

After giving it some thoughts (and pressure from the husband that he will choose a color and design if I can’t decide), I went ahead to get one for my self.

What I love about O Bag:

Modular and Customizable. You can choose and mix and match the bag, the handle, the shoulder straps, the canvass lining (inside pouch), trims and other accessories.  The Italian designed accessories can be completely customize, parts can be bought separately in order to mix and match according to a particular outfit, mood –  whether for an everyday errand or a trip to the beach, you can easily change the look and style of your bag.

Easy to clean. The bag body is made of eva (a mix of rubber and silicone) that can easily be cleaned by just wiping off using a non-abrasive cloth and warm soapy water. Canvass linings and trims can be machine washed using a gentle wash setting or hand wash. Straps can just be wiped with soapy water or with leather cleaner if you have leather handles. Low maintenance bag and I just love it!

Durable and water proof. You need not to worry when it’s raining or when you go for a trip to the beach as the bag base and the linings are waterproof.

You can put rope handles if it’s for day shopping, the beach or just hanging out. For work, a choice of leather handles and a canvas insert can be used for additional security.

When buying one, first choose the size and color of the bas bag. Next, choose the bag accessories: (1) straps and handles you need – leather or rope, (2) canvass lining, (3) trim and other extra accessories. The store staffs recommends what matched beautifully on your chosen base.

O Bag came up with a new bag base. Instead of just the mini and the regular, now they have bags of various shapes and sizes.

I have been seeing similar bags online for a much cheaper cost. O Bag however, have a wider choices of quality accessories, straps, and linings. O Bag is a product of Italy.

They have their first Asian store in Kuala Limpur, Malaysia. I was expecting more choices of straps and accessories in KL but they only have the basics and are more expensive compared to the stores in Manila (UP Town/ Vertis Mall).
