On the last weekend of October my mommy friends and our families had a fun F1 Hotel Manila staycation. F1 Hotel Manila is the first hotel to open in Bonifacio Global City. The hotel is centrally located in BGC and it’s just a few walks away from shopping centers, boutique shops and just across a well-known hospital.
The hotel promises their guests to be treated like part of the family. Indeed, you will be greeted warmly like you are on your second home, as soon as you step in the hotel entrance.
The hotel’s main lobby is located at the 5F but as soon as we arrived at the ground floor reception area, we were assisted with our luggage bags by the hotel crew.
F1 Premiere Lounge
We all met up at the Premiere Lounge. Check-in was a breeze as the F1 Hotel Manila Marketing Team assisted us while we are having some refreshments with the kids.
Facilities and services exclusive to Premier Lounge guests, guests who are checkin in at The Fort Suites, include access to the private library, complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails served daily from 3:00pm to 6:00pm everyday.
F All Day Dining
We had an early lunch at the F All Day Dining located at the 3F of the hotel. Chef Decker Gokioco, the new Head Chef and his crew treated us to sumptuous lunch from a wide array of international cuisine.
Chef Decker also prepared for us the Almond-crusted Salmon. It was one of my favorites! Well, ofcourse, aside from all the desserts!
The Fort Suite
After our lunch, it was time to head to our rooms. Our luggage bags were already waiting for us there, plus this freshly made yummy yema tart! How can I say No?!
We had the suite accommodations. It has spacious living room with a mini bar and a workspace desk. The desk has usb/ internet ports and charging docks for electronic devices such as iPods and smartphones. The suite room has access to wifi and even has a wire connection for laptops. I was having issue on connecting to the internet while inside the room but when in the living area, connection is good and reliable.
It has one bedroom with the en suite bathroom. We had a king size bed with comfortable pillows and sheets perfect for the three of us. 
The room is equipped with hair dryer, iron, ironing board, electric safe inside one of the wardrobes. The bathroom has the F1’s own line of toiletries. As always, Gab is on the look out for the bath tub but this time, he didn’t really mind as he was more excited to hang out by the pool with his friends.

The Pool and The Canary Lounge
As expected the kids have their own agenda of meeting up for a swim. So at 4pm, we all met by the pool side.
The hotel has 3 pools – the children’s pool, the lounge pool and the infinity lap pool. With our young kids in tow, the kiddie pool was the best choice for all!
The Canary Lounge is the outdoor bar, just beside the pool area. At night, it gives the guests a view of The Fort and Makati skylines.
We had a barbeque dinner at the Canary Lounge. Fresh from the grill dishes were served.
After putting Gab to bed, we decided to get a massage. We were happy to know that we don’t have to leave him alone in our room and they offer in-room spa services. It was a 30-minute massage, short but sweet treat, to loosen up tired muscles. Sorry, we did not have any photos as we were just too lazy to get a shot and concentrated on the massage. Hahaha. The hotel also houses a wellness center if you are up for an indoor workout.
I spent the next few hours until 1 am the next day at the Premiere Lounge with my mommy friends. F1 opened up the space for us for a movie night but we ended up chatting and laughing just about anything instead of watching a movie. We were too full and too lazy to get out of the hotel for midnight snacks and coffee but we still had a great time bonding with each other. Thanks for our dear hubbies that stayed with our sleeping kids.

The next day, we woke up early for church services and when back to the hotel just in time for the Trick or Treat event at The Infinity Ballroom. While they may be too young to join the fun, they had a had a great time playing with each other.
We were allowed late checkout so we had more cuddle time by the bed. It was a weekend we needed so we can recharge for the busy November ahead of us!
