Teddy’s Bigger Burgers is coming to the Philippines and will be opening the first branch in Manila in July!
Teddy’s Bigger Burgers expands internationally with not just 1 but 9 stores in the Philippines. Building upon a steady expansion in the US, the Hawaii-based Teddy’s Bigger Burgers confirmed its largest partnership to date, the opening of nine stores over the next three years. The first store of Teddy’s Bigger Burgers in Manila will open July 18, 2014 at Greenbelt 3 in Makati City.
Teddy’s Bigger Burgers is special because it will be the first international franchise of SumoBurger Global Incorporated with Marvin Agustin as its General Manager. “This recent expansion is beyond anything we could have imagined when we opened our first little burger joint”, co-founder Rich Stula expressed.
Food lovers in the Philippines will soon taste Teddy’s handmade, 100-percent ground chuck patties, served in an iconic, lively 50s diner theme. It includes classic Teddy’s options like turkey, chicken, or veggie burgers, fish or pastrami sandwiches and salads. They also have extra thick milkshakes made with fresh ice cream.
As the grand opening nears, Teddy’s will be executing a teaser to create buzz and draw in more excitement on the day itself. An activity to watch out for on the grand opening is the store’s board up promo wherein guests can interact with a giant picture of the famous Teddy’s burger and post it on social media to share with their friends. The best 100 entries posted on social media will receive a free burger.
Teddy’s currently operates 11 locations in Hawaii, with potential lease negotiations to open a restaurant in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island. On the mainland, Teddy’s recently opened locations in Washington and Iowa, and soon, California and Texas. Teddy’s also has a location in Japan.
Foodies should be excited for a fun, 50s style, high-energy burger joint that boasts of unique local flavors and custom concoctions in every location. So, see you on July 18 at Teddy’s Bigger Burgers Greenbelt 3?
