Healthiest Sleeping Position

Sleep is beneficial and getting a good night sleep can make us feel great and ready to take on the things we need to do. Sleep has an important  for optimal learning and memory function. The lack of adequate sleep affects our mood, motivation, judgment, and our perception of events happening around us.

Research says that people who got seven hours of sleep a night or less were almost three times as likely to get sick.

Other than getting enough sleep, our sleeping styles can provide clues to our personalities and mental and physical status. It can also cause us back and neck pain, stomach upset an even premature wrinkles.
