I am a happy user of Pilipinas Teleserve. I used this facility every time I need to request copies of our certificate of singleness (CENOMAR) before we got married, marriage certificates and birth certificates. I also used this system when we renewed our passports. With just a call away, this saved me my precious time in lining up and getting the documents myself. Seeing the more improved site, requesting for certificates is definitely way easier.
Another useful page, recently launched, is the Citizen Services Mommy Helpline. The site contains series of materials to assist mothers in finding answers to both common and uncommon questions regarding the proper registration, application, and record processing of their children regarding, but not limited to, National Statistics Office (NSO) and Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
Here are the links to the common questions, grouped according to birth certificate, passport or SSS concerns.
