Since 2011, Good Housekeeping and 3M Philippines tour around the Philippines to conduct workshops with the country’s best interior design and home experts.  I attended the last leg of the Home-Amazing Ideas for 2013 at Tivoli Gardens. Crafts and organizing expert, stylist, and writer Coni Tejada shares some home improvement ideas on how to declutter and organize our homes. She also shared practical and cool Christmas decor tips using adhesive hooks and duct tapes. We even had a little experiment with Astro Alvin of Mad Science.

If you are into washi tapes for your crafts just like me, you are going to love these colorful duct tapes. Participants were given time to design their own fashion accessories using these. Since we have limited time and limited tools, I decided to turn one mason jar, left from the previous experiment, into a craft holder.

Colored duct tapes are now available in DIY stores and hopefully the patterned ones will be here soon. These 3M duct tapes, just like their Command adhesive hooks, will come off cleanly without the sticky residue.
